Our space is divided into three distinctive zones: the rock side tables with exclusive sea-side seats, the main outdoor dining area, and our lounge.
modern mediterranean cuisine focused on quality with a strong ‘farm to table’ ethos, emphasising on organic, local, fair trade ingredients. Keeping in mind that organic food is fresher and healthier, we use as many organic products as we can!
We are proud to work closely with local producers from the nearby islands to the northern mainland of the country where we source majority of our products directly. Our organically certified garden provides us with various tomato varieties we can't find locally, lettuces, spring onions, peppers, herbs and edible flowers.
